Each player gets a card and writes the word SWAG on one side.
Explain where confidence comes from, what it is, and why it translates to swagger.
Then the coach goes around to each player and tells them why they should have swagger.
The coach then can have each player add something of their own that gives them confidence.
Players keep this card with them for the entire season.
