Like divilbiss shell stuff focused on mental transition on defense
2 offensive players wing and post they will be guarded
An off pg and another wing
Ball moves around perimeter like shell drill but the two guarded players will run offensive actions

Pick and rolls
Any time the ball can be driven from the top or baseline from the unguarded wings to test the defenders in helpside.
