Benner= hour glasses for hip to hip dribble

lock and stick
future work on line

To work on line, line shooting lock and stick line targeting

Arnoldy+Joyce= from the 4 long step off, step step, rocker step.  Elongated steps and swim moves for pick up

JV kids= Dribble jab series
foot fake away from dribble
shoulder fake away from dribble
in and out with shoulder and foot fake
in and out to ankle cross


NBA cross= dreallday  swerve your shoulders and drag your back foot with your trail hand

Straightening up= relax and slow down, hips go up, windshield wiper dribble to let the ball rise, get the defense to stand up.
