awkward series wed oct 26 2011

start at a corner of half court dribble two heavy balls above your shoulder look to the rim full court and back no mistakes
now one heavy ball in outside hand three dribbles and thru legs
now thru legs twice
now thru legs and hip to hip

now add quick hand lay upfrom baseline corner and two dribble scoop from half
now three power dribbles then cross under bar twenty times in a row

now three and cross and finish

then taught wrong foot lay in

then did band shooting
