Jay worked on underhand lay ins, get there in 1 dribble
did euro step off plyo box
worked on pass fake euro
talked about slowing down and being powerful on euro step


4pm Shooting
Elbow flex workout

5pm Combo
worked on scoop lay up then did open court plays (kevin Eastman two cone drill) to work blowing by defense then finishing
