must make 8 stops in 30 twice, go until ur done

5 mins partner wall sit and sideline to wall lunge

core work
flutter kicks 20
elbow to knee 40
crunches for 1 minute

showed horns vegas to Mullen, talked about 5 count on g to g ballscreen
