Kent Chaos workout Tues nov 8 2011

Blue team
taught 2 moves from inch technique

taught lanes and holes
taught when to slide and stretch, when to backdoor, when to euro circle up
played 3 on 3


Black team, smother workout
1 dribbler with heavy ball (to simulate a player that's faster than you on you) one player right on them on the baseline picking up full.  Limited space width (started with vball line then shrunk it) with a second defender at half court that will pick up and smother right at half.  Must beat you man every time score in the paint.
