train tnr from 4/21

Ball handling cross under chair

Pound cross 25 times

Footwork, step in step back cross gotta get 5 in a row

Add thru the legs
Release point are shoulder width

Two chairs competitive 5 crosses

Now on the wing get it under 3 times and go score

That's a whole routine

1 on 1 from the sideline turn corner and score, or drag and stride to create space then inch at the d's nose and score

Younger kids work on stride, dribble to the side outside of your foot to the inside of your knee, must keep your shoulders square to basket and hop to create space. Must stride to create space.

Same thing now defense smother, post for two dribbles then bounce back square and go

Attacking style to create a passing lane,


Attack drag, if you can enter the ball to the point do so and go automatic give and go, if you can't get them the ball start underneath 2 dribbles attack on perimeter

Step over drop step dribble

Attack but then step over the ball and post, when defender pokes or reaches drop and go (leave ball)

Same thing, defense cuts you off pull up in. Mid range to score

Wing

1 on 1 starting corner must 2 dribbles middle score off glass

1 on 1 first drib cutoff must finish baseline side cannot go into the key

Defense jumps right away go baseline and hit a floater

Jump hard top side really physical must hit a reverse lay in

Reverse key, if the defense is ahead inside hand, defense is behind use outside
