Ballhandling routine
3 chairs, pound ball over the chairs going full speed then finish in the lane with some kind of floater
Pound pull it back then thru legs then cross no extra dribbles

Teaching floater, bar helps, younger kids tell them ifs a longer lay up

Same thing now wrap it around your back
Reach and pull technique, changing tempos make sure u do rh lh

Now go thru legs after wrap dribble

Now put a defender at the foul line, two dribbles to score after the chairs
4 games

Now take the gloves off

Eyes over defenders shoulders lanes and holes

I'm not gonna get to score but my teammate is
