ER workout Monday 9/19

Warm up 
200 jump rope, 5 push ups for a mistake, then 10 dbl unders
ladder closeout slide then plyo boxes

partner planks, while teammate goes FC twice.  5 rounds

in the weight room taught thrusters, 2 rounds of 25, partner does 2 rounds of ten power push ups
